Frequently Asked Questions
Will I receive a sales receipt?
Your sales receipt will automatically be sent to you if you are paying by credit card. If you are paying by cash the driver will issue you a receipt upon request.

Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
If your plane is delayed for a serious length of time, please contact us immediately (+44 07456863636) and we will hold your driver until a new flight time is issued. If you follow these guide lines no extra charges will apply.
What happens if our plane is cancelled?
As soon as you are aware that there is a problem please call our office immediately (+44 07456863636). We will work with you to resolve the situation. We will rearrange your collection.
What happens if our flight is diverted to another airport?
If your plane is diverted to another airport during the flight, then we as a company by having your driver at the airport have fulfilled our obligation.
If you do get diverted to another airport, please call our office as soon as possible (+44 7456863636) and we will discuss the options with you. There could be an extra charge to yourself, which you may be able to claim against your airline or insurance.
Can we have extra pick-ups and drop off?
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require any additional collections, as this will affect the price. If you need extra drop-offs or pick-ups during your journey, kindly ask your driver. They will do their best to accommodate your request for an additional fee, payable directly to them.
However, this may not always be possible due to time constraints or prior bookings. To avoid inconvenience, we strongly recommend notifying us in advance or at the time of booking.
What happens if some of our party are late arriving back on a night out?
Your driver will wait for 15 minutes after the booking time. From this point waiting time will be charged. If the vehicle is pre-booked for another job the driver will then leave with those already on board.
What happens if you get us late to the airport and we miss our flight?
At MPH Travel, we do everything possible to ensure you reach the airport on time. We advise a suitable collection time and allow extra time for the journey to ensure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
While we strive to be punctual, there are rare occasions when circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
That said, we’re proud to say no customer has ever missed a flight due to our service.
If, despite following our advice and planning extra time, an unforeseen event (e.g., a motorway accident) causes you to miss your flight, we cannot be held responsible, and refunds will not be issued.
You may be able to claim compensation through your travel insurance.
Is your company licensed and fully insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed. All our vehicles are registered with the local council, taxi-plated, and covered by taxi insurance, including public liability insurance.
Do you use third party companies?
All 16 seater minibuses are booked through third parties and therefore we only act as a booking agent.
Are child seats guaranteed to be in the vehicle and installed for us?
If you’ve requested a child seat for your booking, we will always strive to provide one. However, in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may prevent a seat from being available for your journey.
It’s important to note that it is not a legal requirement for taxis to provide car seats. If a car seat has been fitted for your convenience, it is your responsibility by law to ensure it is securely and correctly fitted.
